Quality Protien
Proteins are required by every cell in the body, where they are used to make up
your immune system, your hormones, your bones, teeth and joints and the enzymes that move all the chemicals processes that
keep you alive. The neurotransmitters in your brain are protein and without protein you would have not energy.
The list of ways that you body uses proteins goes on and on! Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Science
has identified 22 amino acids, nice of which are essential ~ meaning your body cannot make them and you must eat them in your
diet. When you consume protein, it is broken down to amino acids in your digestive tract and later reformed by the liver
into protein structures the body requires. All natural foods are made up of amino acids, carbohydrates like starch ad
sugar, oils and other components like fiber, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Although no natural is 100% protein, a
food that is predominately rich in amino acids is classified as a protein food. The following food are sources
of quality protein:

the skin 4. Coconut 5. Cottage Cheese 6. Eggs 7. Feta
